The Biden Foundation
In August of 2018, the Biden Foundation launched As You Are: A Family and Community Acceptance Campaign to support LGBTQ youth. For the campaign videos, 590films developed a look and style. We edited the primary Call for Stories video, shaping the script in the process.
Stories have power. In the past decade, we've seen storytelling drive nationwide progress for LGBTQ equality. But far too many LGBTQ people-especially those under 25-still face rejection from the people closest to them. So we're inviting you to help us change that. Share your story with us.
We also culled through the personal stories of those interviewed for the Call for Stories to create seven additional videos with the aim to inspire LGBTQ youth, their families, and their allies to submit stories to the As You Are Campaign.
